The Center piece of the sushi is supposed to be a piece of Tuna (which is a very popular choice to put in sushi), however the shape is deeper than just a piece of tuna. The curvature is formed into a thumb's up, it indicates the word 'oishi' which is also directly translated as 'good'.

The purpose of the style is to bring forth culture and leisure for the business class. A place to relax and enjoy a nice Japanese atmosphere after a tired day at work and relish over a variety of food pallets.
